Company succession: ETT Group – GFEP FAMILY EQUITY

An investment holding company managed by GFEP FAMILY EQUITY acquired the majority of ETT Verpackungstechnik GmbH as well as ETT Service GmbH and indirectly of subsidiaries abroad in the context of corporate succession.

ETT Verpackungstechnik GmbH, based in Moringen, Lower Saxony, is a leading mechanical engineering company for end-of-line packaging systems.

ETT-Verpackungstechnik GmbH, ETT Service GmbH as well as the foreign subsidiaries will continue to be managed by the previous management, consisting of Martin Dirks, Thomas Wedemeyer, and Nils Reich.

The previous majority shareholder Martin Dirks has initiated his succession with the admission of the new majority shareholder and will continue to accompany the group of companies as managing partners for several years.
