Corporate refinancing

The Behr Group, among others the German market leader in the production of iceberg lettuce, was completely refinanced as part of the Group restructuring. This was preceded by an earnings-related and in the part organizational restructuring of the Behr Group. The Swiss asset management company Patrimonium has taken over almost all financial liabilities and is also providing fresh liquidity for seasonal financing.
