The Theo Wormland-Stiftung GmbH has commissioned HANSE Consulting M&A with the search for a strategic partner for the chain store fashion retailer Theo Wormland GmbH & Co. KG.

The background to the commissioning was the desire of the foundation’s representatives to find a partner whose market philosophy corresponds to that of Theo Wormland in times of great challenges for the fashion retail trade.
