In the course of a succession plan, the shareholders of Confiserie Heilemann have exclusively commissioned HANSE Consulting M&A with the search for a strategic partner.

Confiserie Heilemann is a brand manufacturer of premium chocolates and chocolate bars. A succession solution within the owning family was out of the question.

The company’s shares were acquired in full by Viba sweets GmbH, one of Germany’s leading nougat manufacturers.
