HANSE Consulting strengthens with restructuring expert Michael Schmitt and remains on growth track

HANSE Consulting continues to expand its position in restructuring and transformation with Michael Schmitt in Germany. Michael Schmitt will be responsible for the Stuttgart and Munich offices as Managing Director and Partner.

Schmitt has many years of experience in the creation and implementation of restructuring concepts and transformation programs as well as in the assumption of management functions. He has expertise in the realignment of business models and in operational restructuring.

Schmitt comes from CIC Consultingpartner GmbH, a consulting boutique specializing exclusively in bank-driven corporate restructuring. Prior to that, he spent several years at RölfsPartner (now Baker Tilley) and before that at an automotive consultancy of Daimler AG. The restructuring of companies has therefore accompanied him for a long time.
