As a technical trader and service provider for the French group Descours & Cabaud, HANSE Consulting has exclusively commissioned M&A to search for German investment and takeover opportunities.

The background to the assignment was the client’s desire to enter the German market for MRO and PSA trading in order to complete its international growth strategy.

With Rala, one of the most successful German retailers for these product groups, a family-owned company with a long tradition was found that fully meets the market approach as well as the entrepreneurial values of DEXIS. It is of particular importance for DEXIS that the entire management will remain in the company and support the further growth course.
