Dr. Armin Bratz is a freelance consultant of the HANSE Consulting Group and is active in the areas of restructuring and revenue enhancement as well as interim management.
He leads restructuring and earnings enhancement projects and is responsible for the Competence Center organization, in which our consulting and technical competencies are further developed.
He has about 23 years of experience in consulting and in the project and interim management of medium-sized companies and is a trainer for innovation.
